When are Azizi projects handed over?
Azizi's delivery horizon runs from this year to the end of the decade: the company announced a plan to hand over 22 projects during 2026 carrying about 5,000 units, while Burj Azizi on Sheikh Zayed Road sits at the far end of the schedule. Everything else falls between those two points on very different dates.
The most common mistake is assuming one date for an entire project. Azizi Riviera makes the point plainly: 75 buildings on different dates, 53 of them handed over as of August 2025, with the remaining 22 scheduled through the second quarter of 2026. "When is Riviera handed over?" has no answer without a building number.

Why do handover dates differ between sources?
You will find more than one date for the same project, and that is not always an error. The first reason is that one name often covers several buildings: the Creek Views family shows it plainly, with its second building completed in April 2024 and its fourth targeted for the last quarter of 2028 — four and a half years between two dates under one name.
The second reason is the gap between construction completion and actual handover to owners, with inspection and permitting in between. The third is simply that many pages are never updated, so a date announced two years ago survives long after it changed.
That is why every date here is labelled by source and type: what the company announced, what is available to us on specific units, and what a single source published. When two dates conflict we neither pick a winner nor average them — we state both and let the Sale and Purchase Agreement settle it.

There is no single Riviera date, because it is 75 buildings. Azizi announced 53 handed over as of August 2025 and the remaining 22 scheduled through the second quarter of 2026, and the units available to us include ready stock alongside buildings completing through December 2026.
What is the Azizi Milan 18 handover date?
Azizi Milan 18 in City of Arabia was targeted for the second quarter of 2027 per its published material, while the wider Azizi Milan development carries a December 2028 horizon. The 18 refers to one specific building inside the project, which is why its date runs ahead of the general schedule.
When is Azizi Venice handed over?
The Azizi Venice units available to us in Dubai South carry a March 2027 handover horizon. Venice is a city delivered in phases, so units in later phases can carry later dates — that is settled at unit level.
What is the Burj Azizi handover date?
Burj Azizi on Sheikh Zayed Road is the furthest date in the portfolio, listed for the third quarter of 2030 per the current announcement. The developer discussed a nearer horizon at earlier stages; we use the more recent date and treat it as a target rather than a promise.
When is Azizi Beach Oasis handed over?
It depends which Beach Oasis you mean. Azizi Beach Oasis in Dubai Studio City has begun handover of its first phase per the developer, while the units available to us in Azizi Jaddaf Beach Oasis in Al Jaddaf carry a December 2028 horizon.
What is the difference between Azizi Beach Oasis and Azizi Jaddaf Beach Oasis?
They are two separate projects: Azizi Jaddaf Beach Oasis in Al Jaddaf on Dubai Creek, and Azizi Beach Oasis in Dubai Studio City inside Dubailand. More than 20 kilometres separate them, and their prices and handover dates differ — so the name alone is not enough to ask with.
What happens if handover is delayed?
The Sale and Purchase Agreement sets the binding date and the consequences of exceeding it, and the Dubai Land Department regulates cases of material delay. Read the delay clause before signing and ask specifically what grace period the developer is allowed.
