From a purchase standpoint it is the longest handover horizon Azizi holds, which makes it a fundamentally different decision from buying a Riviera unit being handed over this year.
Confusing "new" with "available" costs buyers time. Azizi Central in Al Furjan has already begun handing units over, Azizi Grand in Dubai Sports City was targeted for the first quarter of 2026, and Azizi Zain in Al Furjan with its 115 apartments was targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
